Lagunitas Sirius Ale
Named for the Dog Star (as in the brightest star in the evening sky, not Keanu Reeves' band), this alcohol-loaded pale contains many of the malts and hops used in cream ales, giving it a floral character that's more refreshing than bitter. Sure, that sounds pretty good year-round, but Lagunitas' Ron Lindenbusch recommends that you drink up now, while it's fresh: After six to eight months, the floral quality fades and leaves a brew that "tastes faintly like Cheerios."
